We accept return for refund within 14 days after delivery date (the date you received your package). Please contact us within 14 days upon receiving the items to initiate the return process if you are not satisfied with your order.
Please submit a online form, describing the REASON, and our customer service will give you a satisfied response.

- How do I return an item?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days after receiving your package.
1. Please submit an online form, selecting your item code and issue details for the return.
2. Once getting the return address and instructions, please pack your items carefully and send your return package using a traceable carrier.
3. Send your return tracking number or a picture of return receipt to our customer service team.
4. We will process the return or exchange as soon as we receive your package.
- What should I do if I received a defective/wrong/stained item?

If you have received a defective/wrong/stained item, please email us through our online form to reach our Support Department within 14 days before returning anything so we can process the return for you and provide you information for the return.
When submitting the ticket, please provide a description of the item, item code and a few pictures to prove your problems.
- How do I exchange it for a different size if my item is not fit?

We are sorry that your item doesn't fit the way you wanted. You can definitely exchange it for a different size within 14 days of your item arriving. Please email us through our online form to reach our Support Department within 14 days to initiate the process. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
- How long will I receive the exchanging goods?

After sending out the items back to our warehouse, please provide a return proof to us. Then we will prepare the new order within 24 hours.
- Who is responsible for return postage?

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
- What is the status of my return or exchange?

Refunds will be issued within 24 hours after receiving the returned package. Please make sure to keep the tracking number or return receipt for checking.
Once your return/exchange has been processed we will email you a confirmation.
- Have you got my returned item(s) and when will I receive my refund?

Once we have received your returned items, your refund will be processed right away. As a rule, it takes up to 48 hours to appear on your card statement. In extreme rare case, it may take up to 14 days max. If you paid by debit or credit card, the money will be refunded to the bank account linked to the card. If you used PayPal, your refund will appear on your PayPal account.
- How long does it take for the refund to be processed?

After we have received your return, we will initiate the refund process for you within 24 hours.
If you paid for the order with your PayPal account directly, the refund will be back into the account which you used to pay immediately once processed, while it will take about 30 days to receive the refund if you paid with a credit card through PayPal , depending on the bank processing time.
If you paid the order in other payment way, the refund will be back into the account which you used to pay for the order within 7-15 working days, depending on the bank processing time.
Once your refund is issued by us, you will receive a confirmation email. Please remember to check your account in the due time.
- Why did I get a refund when I didn't want a refund on my items?

As you know, Bopulev is a large on-line shop, which has a large number of orders every day. Our warehouse staff will process those orders one by one in chronological order.
It is possible that when you place an order, it may show that one item is still in stock. But in fact, the item may be allocated to other previous orders and be out-of-stock when we process your order. If that happens, we will refund you the item which is out of stock in your order.
